Good customer service
Makesy seems to be my go-to place for candle-making kits or diffuser kits. I'm delighted with the products, but I don't want to discuss that first because everyone knows their products never disappoint😄 Now, I want to highlight the service, especially the customer service, which really 'makes me fall in love'😍 They are super friendly and always answer my questions informatively. The packaging is also excellent, and it's resilient <3
However, there is one drawback... I'm sad because I need to shop quite a lot to get free shipping. Huhu! If the requirements for free shipping weren't that expensive, I would shop more often ^o^. Makesy, listen up! :P
